Gourmet Garlic

A little about me...I've been gardening most of my life (which means a long time!)  I had been growing gorgeous gourmet garlic in my home garden for several years and became obsessed with the number of  varieties that are available that we never hear about!   My epiphany happened one night about 8 years ago while planting cloves under the moonlight (literally) when I was still working in my former field (financial!) and it hit me!  Or maybe a garlic bulb hit me!  I knew what I wanted to do!  I wanted to grow garlic...lots and lots of plump cloves of sensuous garlic! Hence, the several varieties that I now passionately grow  on a beautiful 

half acre farm.  In addition, I grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and figs.  I am available to do talks for garden clubs or other groups that are interested in expanding their garlic knowledge .and hopefully excite people to plant some in their own gardens.  I am always happy to share my knowledge of gardening and to inspire others to plant a garden.
